PROJECTS AND PROGRESS

Braves Village Community
Braves Village is a college community development project consisting of a Hotel, a park with walking/ jogging trails, golf course/ and multi-facet residential communities of both single family homes and multifamily residential dwellings with retail shops, restaurants etc..
This Smart development will also include green space with walking and jogging trails and many other amenities. We believe our development once completed will become the economic heart of the area and generate millions in revenue annually.
Braves Village Amenities
Auxiliary to single-family, multi-family residential and golfing centered uses there will be Hotel, commercial office spaces, retail, restaurants, and nightlife venues that will compliment these uses and make a development that is viable all year.
